This wine is rebellious in the name and in the sensations that it transmits. 100% Viognier grapes, partly aged in wood and partly left in stainless steel tanks. The nose enraptures you with the aromas of yellow fruit and in your mouth it amazes you with freshness and an acidity that transmits an electric shock.

Vinifikation og lagring: Soft pressing of whole grapes and static decanting of the must obtained. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent periodic transfers for the separation of the deposit. After fermentation, part of the mass is transferred into tonneaux (5hL of volume) for about six months and then rejoined with the stainless-steel part, before bottling.
