The Barolo Meriame is Serralunga d’Alba, it is power, it is structure. The expression of a historically perfect land for the cultivation of Nebbiolo. Definitely a wine that appreciates bottle aging to dampen the more austere traits of youth. We produce only 1000 bottles, it is a small treasure that we are happy to add to our range.
Alkohol: Druer: 100% Nebbiolo Appellation: Barolo del comune di Serralunga Mark/Cru: Single Vineyard Meriame, Serralunga Vinifikation og lagring: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 4 weeks and frequent pumping over. Aging in large oak barrels (10hl) for 30 months and then 6-8 months in bottle.
