R56 is our expression, it is Brandini. It is born from the Cru that surrounds our cellar, it is the result of a unique microclimate formed by altitude, ventilation, clayey and sandy soil and an important reduction of the grapes. It ages only in large barrels to maintain all these characteristics intact from the bunch to the glass. Alkohol: 14.0% Druer: 100% Nebbiolo Appellation: Barolo del comune di La Morra Mark/Cru: Single vineyard 'Brandini' cru Vinifikation og lagring: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 4 weeks and frequent pumping over. Aging in large oak barrels (20-60hl) for 30 months followed by 6-8 months in bottle.
