Ventisei IGT Toscana rosato
Ventisei Rosato features a light pink colour, reminiscent of onion peal. Fresh aromas of red and exotic fruits with delicate undertones of flower and gourmand notes.
The flavour is fresh with soft fruity notes and a savoury finish.

Avignonesi estates Poggio Saragio at Greppo, Erigone and Matracchio, Pozzo ai Ciliegi at Badelle and Marmino at Poggetti.
Variable, depending on each single vineyard.
Clay rich soils of Pleistocenic origin at Le Capezzine, and Matracchio, and of Pliocenic origin at Greppo, I Poggetti and Le Badelle.

TRAINING SYSTEM / VINE DENSITY
Guyot and cordon-trained.
From 5,051 to 6,250 plants per hectare (from 2,104 to 2,604 plants per acre).
The grapes were picked at the end of August. The grape pressing was made with whole grapes and destemmeded grapes, the maceration lasted a few hours.
The vinification took place in stainless steel tanks and second passage barriques. The alcoholic fermentation was spontaneous with the use of indigenous yeasts and lasted from 20 to 30 days, depending on the individual lots.
On fine lees until December.
